Return and Exchange Policy
As these items are bath and body items, I can only accept returns on unopened soap. Other items are at risk for contamination, and therefore cannot be returned. Return postage is at buyer's expense.
Purchases over $15 are insured for full value to the purchaser. In damages of this case, the purchaser is responsible for contacting the USPS to make a claim. I will be happy to assist. For orders under $15 I will exchange items that are damaged during shipping that are not insured. Buyer must contact me within two weeks. Buyer covers cost of returning damaged item and I will cover shipping cost to replace it. Please take a photo of the product, preferably still in packaging if it is noticed before you'd opened it. **A softened product does not equal damage. I take measures and provide warnings to customers before purchase on how to avoid/handle a softened product. Should your product ever soften place upright in a cool environment or the refrigerator until it firms up again.
